About Me
Welcome, and thank you for being here.
I was born and raised in Japan, where I lived and worked before life guided me to the East Coast of the United States—a place I now lovingly call home.
My journey with Reiki began in 2005, when I was introduced to Gendai Reiki Ho, a practice deeply rooted in the traditional teachings of Usui Reiki Ryoho, developed by Mikao Usui. Under the mentorship of a Reiki master in Japan, Reiki quickly became a profound and essential part of my life.
In 2012, I became a certified Gendai Reiki Master. Yet, I soon realized that becoming a master was not an endpoint—it was the beginning of a much deeper path: a lifelong commitment to living Reiki every day. Over time, Reiki has become far more than a practice for me; it has become a way of life.
For over 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering as a Reiki practitioner in several hospitals throughout my community. These experiences have allowed me to witness firsthand how Reiki can offer peace, comfort, relaxation, and even transformation to individuals of all ages and walks of life. Reiki serves as a gentle reminder of our body’s innate ability to heal, regain emotional harmony, and reconnect with our spiritual essence as human beings.
To me, Reiki is a path to balance, peace, and fulfillment. When we align our thoughts and actions with compassion and presence, our bodies respond, and our hearts begin to lighten. My purpose is simple yet heartfelt: to share this beautiful gift with others, so they too may discover the healing and harmony that Reiki can bring.
I look forward to walking this journey with you.
