Introduction: Basic Knowledge
Class Duration: 6 hours

This is where your Reiki journey begins. In this introductory class, you’ll learn:

• Understand the origins of Reiki, specifically Usui Reiki Ryoho, and the founder Mikao Usui’s understanding of it. Realize that Usui Reiki is not limited to a hands-on healing technique, but is a path toward health and happiness.

• Understand how Gendai Reiki Ho is structured based on Usui Reiki Ryoho.

• Recognize both the beginning and the goal of Reiki practice, and learn how to walk the Reiki path—the way of health and happiness.

• Understand the mindset you should have today in order to make this life peaceful, fulfilling, and meaningful.

Level I: Shoden
Class Duration: 8 hours (split over 2 days)

Level I introduces you to the foundations of Reiki. This stage focuses on self-healing and learning how to transmit Reiki to others. You’ll begin to experience Reiki’s calming and balancing effects firsthand, laying the groundwork for a lifelong practice of healing and well-being. In this level, you'll learn:

• Build the foundation for connecting with Reiki.

• Open the Reiki pathway through attunements.

• Develop a shared consciousness with fellow practitioners.

• Learn how to conduct a safe Reiki session.

• Through Reiki practice, enhance your understanding and knowledge of Reiki healing.

Level II: Okuden
Class Duration: 8 hours (split over 2-3 days)

At this level, your Reiki practice expands beyond the physical. You’ll learn:

• By using symbols set within the energy body, enhance the quality and power of inner Reiki.

• Learn and practice not only hands-on healing but also more advanced and diverse techniques.

• Through healing practice, improve your ability to receive and transmit energy.

• Share the benefits of Reiki with more people and spread joy together.

• Level II attunements.

Level III: Shinpiden
Class Duration: 12 hours (split over 3 days)

This is where Reiki becomes more than just a practice, it becomes a way of life. Level III focuses on spiritual growth, guiding you toward a deeper connection with Reiki and your true self. In this level, you'll learn:

• Through Reiki practice, deepen our resonance with Reiki, aiming to carry that resonance into every part of your daily lives.

• In this step, our minimum goal is to reach the First Stage of Peace - the first gateway toward Anshin Ritsumei, a life of true peace and happiness with a purpose.

• By focusing on Reiki sessions, you work to improve your mind and body.

• You will also learn exercises that support and strengthen your personal growth.

• Utilization of the master symbol and transcending all symbols.

• Level III attunements.

Level IV: Gokuikaiden (Master Level)
Class Duration: 12-14 hours (split over 3-4 days)

At this final stage, you step into the role of a Gendai Reiki Master. We will explore what it means to be a Gendai Reiki master, understand the roles and responsibilities that come with this title, and learn how to share the teachings of Gendai Reiki with others. The goal is to increase the number of people who share the light of Reiki, continuously refine ourselves together, and work toward our own personal growth. Additionally, we aim to contribute to the proper spread and practice of Gendai Reiki. Level IV includes:

• A deeper understanding of Reiki’s spiritual essence.

• The skills to guide and mentor others on their Reiki journey.

• The ability to preserve and transmit Reiki’s legacy for future generations.

• This is not just about teaching—it’s about living Reiki every day.

• Integrated attunements.
